Ingredients:
- 1 cup hibiscus tea, brewed and cooled
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes optional
- Lime slices and shredded coconut for garnish optional
Instructions:
Brew a cup of hibiscus tea and let it cool to room temperature or refrigerate it until cold
In a blender, combine the cooled hibiscus tea, coconut milk, frozen strawberries, frozen mango chunks, fresh lime juice, honey or agave nectar, and vanilla extract
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can add some ice cubes to the blender as well
Blend everything until smooth and creamy
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more honey or lime juice if needed
Pour the Hibiscus Coconut Margarita Smoothie into glasses
Garnish with lime slices and shredded coconut, if desired
Serve immediately and enjoy!
